This dress is very flattering. It is a nice fabric, very casual and easy to wear. The first time I wore it to a party, someone commented, you look so casual-chic! The only thing is that this one runs a little larger than some of the Patagonia dresses. I wore this once, and it stretched out just enough to be too large. I had to send it back for a smaller size. I am 5'8 and 140 pounds (athletic, size 6), and the Small fits perfectly. The Medium, while it looked great when I first put it on, stretched out a tad and ended up too big.
